Mr K.T Rai, M.Sc, CAIIB, Ex-General Manager, Syndicate Bank is the director of the IBS Bank Exam Coaching Centre. He was also a lecturer in Mathematics at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal for 4 years before joining the bank. With 34 years of rich banking experience, he decided to start an Institute for aspiring students in Bangalore to train them for the selection process of Public Sector Banks Officers and Clerks. He has mentored more than 3000 students who have taken training from the institute for the last 7 years out of which 400+ students have been selected to various banks.

Mock interviews are conducted by a panel consisting of Mr K.T.Rai along with a team of Retired GMs & DGMs of different banks who in the past have been panel members for actual IBPS interviews. 40+ Selection in IBPS RRB PO in 2024-25.
